Hi, I’m Alessia Tenebruso. I’m the founder of One Girl Travel, a solo travel expert, certified life coach, content creator, brand visibility coach, and travel advisor. But before all of this, I was stuck in a life that didn’t feel like mine.

In my mid-twenties, I was in a mentally abusive relationship that stripped away my confidence and left me questioning who I was. The girl who once had the courage to join the boys’ wrestling team in high school—the one who never settled, who did hard things—felt like she was gone.

After the relationship ended, I knew I needed a fresh start. I booked my first solo trip to Florida. It was scary, uncomfortable, and completely life-changing. I realized I was capable of so much more than I’d allowed myself to believe.

I kept traveling solo, rediscovering myself one destination at a time. I hired a life coach, rebuilt my confidence, and eventually became a certified Martha Beck Life Coach to help other women do the same.

For years, I worked in a corporate job, dreaming of something more. In 2024, I finally made the leap—I left my 14-year career to become a full-time entrepreneur. Since then, I’ve built a multi-passionate business that blends everything I love: coaching, travel, creativity, content creation, and helping women show up boldly in their lives and online.

Today, through One Girl Travel, I offer private coaching, empowering group trips (like our unforgettable Italy retreat), solo travel resources, and brand visibility support for women who are ready to live life on their own terms.
