These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your purchase and participation in The Confident Creator VIP Day (“VIP Day”) offered by Alessia Tenebruso / One Girl Travel LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking a VIP Day, you (“Client,” “you,” or “participant”) agree to the following:

1. Services Provided
The VIP Day is a one-day, in-person coaching and content creation experience designed to teach you how to plan, film, edit, and confidently create your own content. The experience includes:
One (1) pre-VIP strategy call
One (1) in-person VIP Day session
One (1) post-VIP integration call
Thirty (30) days of Voxer support following your VIP Day
The Company may adjust the format, schedule, or location as reasonably necessary.

2. Payment & Refund Policy
The total investment for the VIP Day is $7,497 (unless otherwise stated under a promotional rate).
Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless a payment plan is offered and agreed to in writing.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, your payment may be applied to a rescheduled VIP Day within six (6) months of the original date, subject to availability.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice. Reschedules are allowed once and must take place within six (6) months of the original booking date.
If you fail to attend without notice, your payment is forfeited.
If the Company needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be provided within six (6) months.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Complete all pre-work assignments before the VIP Day.
Arrive on time, ready to participate fully.
Provide your own equipment (such as smartphone, tripod, laptop, or editing apps) as discussed during the pre-call.
Take full responsibility for your participation and results.

5. No Guarantees
While the Company will provide strategies, guidance, and support, results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes will depend on your implementation, effort, and consistency.

6. Intellectual Property
Any materials, templates, guides, or resources provided by the Company are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute these materials without written consent.

7. Media Release
By participating in the VIP Day, you grant the Company permission to capture photos, video, or behind-the-scenes content for marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the VIP Day.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the VIP Day.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

10. Acknowledgment
By booking your VIP Day, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
